Some common problems and solutions in cloth label printing

(1) Improper registration: In the printed finished product, there are drawings or production data instruction cards that do not match 100% on the front and back or more than two colors.
This situation mostly occurs in double-sided printing.
Treatment method: Check the tension of the tape unwinder, the cleaning of the rubber rollers, whether the screws are tightened, etc.
(2) Poor inking: the pictures and texts are printed on the material by ink, and the printing effect is not good, such as dull and hoarse.
Treatment method: change the material or process the material.
(3) Chromatic aberration: The color of the finished product produced may be dark or light, which seriously exceeds the standard of the production data instruction card or signature sample.
Treatment method: control the amount of ink, pay attention to the dry humidity of the ink, and check it every 200m of printing.
(4) Large and small sides (left and right sides): The printed content is not in the center of the material, and cannot keep up with 100% of the manuscript paper.
Processing method: Adjusted by the regulator, and produced with standard draft paper.
(5) Long and short marks: The marks do not meet the specifications of the production and construction order, and appear long and short.
Solution: Check the tension of the unwinder and take-up, whether the rubber rollers are clean, whether the screws are tightened, whether the wrong cylinder is used, etc.
(6) Slanted mark: There is a slant phenomenon in the mark.
Treatment method: Check whether the rubber roller pressure belt is too tight or the belt is pulled obliquely.
(7) Unclear font: The font is blurred and unclear.
Treatment method: Check whether the pressure is balanced, whether there is a problem with the offset plate or the amount of ink is too large, etc.
(8) Off-version: The printed content is not printed on the material, if there is any.
Treatment method: Check whether the pressure is balanced, whether there is a problem with the offset plate or the ink is too dry, etc.
(9) Dirty mark: There are foreign objects on the mark, causing staining.
Treatment method: Check whether there is any problem with the offset plate or whether there are foreign objects on the plate.
(10) Dragging: The semi-finished product passes through the friction of the fulcrum and results in an unqualified finished product.
Treatment method: Check whether the temperature of the electric heating plate on the front and back is normal, and whether there is any foreign matter when the material passes through the fulcrum, etc.
(1D ghosting: The printed content is obviously bold, and overlapping images appear on the edge of the font.
Treatment method: Check whether the pressure is too large and whether there is a problem with the offset plate.
(12) Whitening: The printed content has irregular white spots, or there are only fuzzy outlines.
Treatment method: Check whether the pressure is enough, whether there is a problem with the offset plate or the ink is too dry, etc.
(13) Tape shrinkage: The finished product specification is smaller than the standard specification.
Solution: Check whether the temperature of the electric heating plate is too high, resulting in shrinkage and deformation of the belt material, and whether the belt material is used incorrectly.
